Schofield Barracks
Schofield Barracks is home to the 25th Infantry Division (Tropic Lightning), the Army's only division based in the Pacific, and is the largest Army installation in Hawaii. Located in the center of Oahu near Wahiawa, the base is within easy reach of both Honolulu's world-class dining and nightlife and the North Shore's legendary surf beaches. Hawaii's cost of living is extremely high, but the natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and island lifestyle make it one of the most memorable assignments in the military.
